Dark Roast Colombian Coffee from the Cauca region with flavors of cocoa, blueberry, floral hints and sugar cane. Harvested from the Janeiro farm in La Venta de Cajibio, our specialty coffee comes from hand selected cherries to ensure the highest quality. Our coffee is washed, naturally fermented, and sun-dried.
Grown on our family farm on a beautiful mountainous area at 1880 MASL, with an average temperature of 60-68 °F where the average annual rainfall is 2222 mm. These extraordinary natural conditions allow us to produce coffee with the best tasting attributes.
